Soul Compass Therapeutics opened in May 2025, offering advanced therapeutic bodywork and trauma healing in Aliso Viejo. Owner Elshia brings over 10 years of Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy experience and a Master's in Counseling Psychology to create a sanctuary for nervous system regulation and deep somatic healing.

As a "wounded healer," Elshia integrates therapeutic massage, breathwork, and trauma healing modalities to guide clients back to their authentic selves. Soul Compass Therapeutics has quickly become known for master-level bodywork in a safe, nurturing environment.
